Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product and material. Trial orders and samples are supported for most standard items — state your target quantity in the inquiry and we quote accordingly.

Can you produce to our drawings and standards?

Yes — production to customer drawings is our main mode. We work to ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS and GB standards, and our engineers flag any tolerance or material concern before quotation.

How do you control quality?

Incoming material verification, in-process inspection at each line, and final inspection before packing. Material certificates and dimensional reports ship with every batch; third-party inspection (SGS, BV) is welcome.

What are your lead times and shipping terms?

Typical production lead time is 15–35 days depending on the order. We quote EXW, FOB or CIF and coordinate sea, rail or air freight to your port.

How fast do you answer an inquiry?

Quotations go out within 24 hours on working days. Complex fabrication drawings may take 48 hours with an engineering review included.
